Lama Fera in simple words
Lama Fera is an energy healing practice that is widely taught in India and is traditionally associated with Tibetan Buddhist lineages. The practitioner works with sacred symbols, mantras and focused intention to help clear energy that feels stuck, heavy or disturbed.
The word Lama refers to a Tibetan spiritual teacher, and Fera is often explained as “to turn” or “to move”, pointing to the idea of turning or moving energy. Different teachers describe its history in different ways, but the practice itself is simple, calm and non-invasive.
How a distance (online) session works
Like many energy practices, Lama Fera is traditionally done at a distance, so you do not need to be in the same room. A typical online session at Antar Healing looks like this:
- We talk first. You share what you are going through: stress, a repeating pattern, a heavy phase, or a specific worry.
- You settle somewhere quiet. Sit or lie down comfortably, with your phone on silent.
- The healing. I work with the Lama Fera symbols and intention for you, usually for 15–20 minutes, while you simply rest and breathe.
- Gentle guidance after. You receive a few simple practices to continue at home.
What people commonly come for
- Stress, worry or feeling emotionally drained
- Feeling stuck, blocked or “heavy” without a clear reason
- Repeating patterns in relationships or work
- Wanting more calm, protection and inner strength
What you might feel
Experiences differ from person to person. Some people feel warmth, tingling, deep relaxation or emotional release during a session; others feel very little in the moment and notice a lighter mood or better sleep over the following days. Both are normal.
Is one session enough?
Sometimes, but often not. Blockages that built up over months or years usually release in layers, so many people choose a few sessions to feel fully clear and balanced. After your first session I share an honest suggestion, with no pressure.
Is Lama Fera a replacement for medical treatment?
No. Lama Fera is a complementary practice for emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat illness. Please continue any treatment or care advised by your doctor or therapist.
