These terms apply to all sessions booked with Antar Healing, operated by its founder (“we”, “us”). By booking or paying for a session, you agree to them.

1. The service

We offer online energy healing and spiritual guidance sessions (for example Lama Fera, Akashic Records and Vedic-astrology-based guidance), and the Aura Blockage Scan: a remote reading delivered as a personal PDF report. The specific approach used in a session is chosen by the practitioner. Healing is a process, and many people need more than one session.

Relationship sessions include relationship astrology (including kundli matching), spiritual relationship guidance and healing. This guidance is not licensed psychological, marriage or family counselling, and all decisions about your relationships remain yours.

2. Not medical or professional advice

Sessions support emotional and spiritual wellbeing only. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not stop or change any treatment based on a session. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

3. No guaranteed results

Experiences differ from person to person. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a session.

5. Booking & payment

Sessions are confirmed only after full payment by UPI. We confirm your session time on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours. Prices are listed on our pricing page.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Governed by our cancellation & refund policy. The Aura Blockage Scan is non-refundable once paid, except where we cannot deliver the report.

7. Conduct

We may decline or end a session if a client is abusive or the request falls outside the scope of our services, in which case a refund is given for any session not delivered.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
