Antar Healing, operated by its founder, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Name, phone number and email address you provide when booking
• Your preferred session time and any notes or questions you choose to share
• Birth details, if you share them for astrology-based guidance (including a partner's details for kundli matching; please share these only with your partner's consent)
• Payment confirmation details (UPI transaction ID, amount, date)

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Payments are processed by your UPI app and bank under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

Only to schedule and conduct your session, contact you about your booking, issue receipts or refunds, and meet legal or tax obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the service (such as Google Firebase for storing booking requests, Web3Forms for request emails, and WhatsApp/email for communication), or when required by law.

Confidentiality

What you share during a session is kept confidential.

Retention & your choices

We keep booking records only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to antarhealings@gmail.com.

Website

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we start using analytics or advertising tools (for example Meta Pixel), we will update this policy first.

We may update this policy; the latest version is always on this page.
