Aura Blockage Scan: no refunds

The Aura Blockage Scan is a special-price offer and is non-refundable once booked and paid, because work on your report begins as soon as payment is received. It cannot be cancelled or exchanged. The only exception: if we are unable to deliver your report within 7 days of payment, you receive a full refund. The rest of this policy applies to healing sessions.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge by messaging us at least 12 hours before your session. Each booking can be rescheduled up to two times.

Cancellation by you

• 12 hours or more before the session: full refund, or a free reschedule if you prefer.
• Less than 12 hours before the session: no refund, but we will try to offer one reschedule.
• No-show (not joining within 10 minutes of the start time without notice): no refund.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, or cannot schedule your session within 7 days of payment, you receive a full refund.

Technical issues

If a session can't be completed because of a connection problem on our side, we will reschedule it at no cost.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Request a refund by writing to antarhealings@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your name and UPI transaction ID.

Please note

Because sessions support wellbeing and results differ for each person, refunds are not given on the basis of how a completed session felt.
