Service delivery policy

Antar Healing provides online services only. No physical product is shipped.

How sessions are delivered

• After payment, we confirm your session time on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.
• Sessions take place over phone or video call at the confirmed time and last about 15–20 min.
• Sessions are usually scheduled within 7 days of payment, based on your availability.

Aura Blockage Scan reports

• Your personal report is delivered as a PDF on WhatsApp, or by email if you provided one, within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• We may ask for a recent photo on WhatsApp to complete the scan. The 48 hours count from when we receive it.

If you don't hear from us

If you haven't received confirmation within 24 hours, contact antarhealings@gmail.com with your UPI transaction ID. If we can't schedule within 7 days, you receive a full refund as per our refund policy.
